Made for everything from mountain biking to trail running and skiing, the HT1000 is Exposure’s most powerful and versatile head torch.

The HT1000 cranks up to a whopping max power of 1000 lumens, with a 20-degree soft spot beam that illuminates objects up to 125 meters away. This beast is tough too; both the single Cree LED and high-capacity lithium-ion battery are superbly well protected in a lightweight aluminium casing, which also ensures maximum air cooling. Angry weather won’t be a problem either as this fella has an IPX rating of 5, so you can keep running no matter what the clouds throw down.

When it comes to features designed to make your life easier, the HT1000 is full of them. There’s a strobe mode for an extended runtime of 30 hours, together with an SOS mode to signal distress. The rear battery unit evenly distributes the weight for better balance, while Exposure’s patent-pending program selection and colour-coded battery feedback let you fine-tune the light to your specific activity.

The HT1000 supports optional extras that can make this mega head torch even more useful. Adding Exposure Support Cells will increase runtime up to 5 hours on the 1000 lumen maximum output and up to 20 hours at 250 lumens, while the Boost Cable accessory lets you use the HT1000 as a separate battery pack for charging USB micro or USB mini devices, which can come in super-handy. Both are sold separately.
