About the Montane Protium XT

The Protium XT is a technical hooded fleece that’s warm and tough enough for anything the mountains can throw at you. This top can either be worn as a mid-layer or standalone piece and is designed for changeable conditions when hiking, trekking, mountaineering, and climbing.

The Protium XT is constructed with THERMO GRID HL brushed-back fleece, which has been engineered to achieve incredible stretchiness whilst also managing moisture and regulating heat effectively. Other features include a full-length YKK VISLON® front zip to keep the elements out and warmth in, and low-profile cuffs to allow extra movement.
