About the Scarpa Instinct Lace

The Women’s Instinct Lace from Scarpa is an incredibly light, reactive and sensitive climbing shoe that will suit the advanced climber for technical routes and bouldering problems. Its aggressive down-turned toe allows for fast and extremely precise foot placements.

The Microfiber upper gives you a lightweight, sensitive feel with a wrapped TPU cage providing fantastic support with great torsional roll during more extreme edging. The 3mm Vibram XS Grip 2 sole will provide all the friction and stickiness you’d expect, especially on the smallest of holds.

The Women’s model features the new highly tensioned Pressure Absorbing Fit (PAF) heel, that wraps around the heel cup making it a little wider at the top than a slingshot heel. The PAF system reduces the pressure on the back of the heel and is better at driving the foot forward into the toe box more for a more precise toe box and more comfortable heel. Now, who doesn’t want more precise toe without heel pressure and pain?
